Account basics: the email (or Google profile) you sign in with, plus a few preferences like your language.

How you use Hushy AI: device and browser info, rough location from your IP, the pages you open, and actions like starting a chat or unlocking media — used to keep things running and improve them.

Payments: handled by our payment partner, Stripe. We receive confirmation and limited billing details, but we never see or store your full card number.

Your conversations and creations: messages, prompts, and the images or videos you generate are stored so your chats stay continuous across sessions.

To run the core experience, remember your context between visits, process purchases, keep the platform safe from abuse, respond to support requests, and understand which features are worth improving.

We rely on legitimate interest and the contract between us to provide the service, plus your consent where the law requires it.

Trusted processors who help us operate — hosting, content delivery, payment, email delivery, and analytics partners — and only the data they need to do their job.

Authorities, if we're legally required to respond to a valid request, or where it's necessary to protect users, the public, or our rights. We do not share your private chats for advertising.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and other safeguards to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the sensitive nature of this platform with the seriousness it deserves.

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove or anonymise your personal information within 30 days, except where we must keep certain records (for example, payment receipts) to meet legal obligations.

You can access, correct, export, or delete your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. Deleting your account from your account page is the fastest route — or email us and we'll handle it within 30 days.

Hushy AI is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we learn an account belongs to someone underage, we delete it and its data.

Your prompts and conversations are processed by automated models to generate responses and media. We use this content to deliver and safeguard the service, not to identify you to third parties.

We use a small set of cookies and local storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure usage. You can clear or block them in your browser, though some features may stop working if you do.

If this policy changes in a meaningful way, we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy.
