Hushy AI is an entertainment platform where you chat with fictional AI companions and create AI-generated images and videos. Everything you see here is make-believe — the characters aren't real people, and nothing they say is advice you should act on.

By opening an account or using any part of hushyai.com, you're agreeing to everything written below. If a single line of this doesn't sit right with you, please don't use the service.

Hushy AI contains mature, sexually suggestive content and is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher — to be here.

By using the service you confirm you meet that age requirement and that it is legal to view adult content where you are. We may ask you to verify your age at any time and may close any account we believe belongs to a minor.

You sign in with an email code or a Google account. Keep access to that inbox secure — anything that happens under your account is your responsibility.

One person, one account. Don't share logins, sell access, or impersonate someone else. Let us know right away if you think your account has been used without your permission.

Some features run on tokens (a virtual balance) and some on a recurring membership. Tokens have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money, and are only usable inside Hushy AI.

Payments are processed by our payment partner, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until you cancel — you can cancel anytime from your account, and you'll keep access until the period you've already paid for runs out.

Except where the law requires otherwise, purchases of tokens and subscription periods are non-refundable once delivered. We may change prices or what a plan includes; changes apply to the next billing cycle, never retroactively.

Replies, images, and videos are generated by automated models. They are fiction. They can be inaccurate, inconsistent, or odd, and should never be taken as professional, medical, legal, or financial guidance.

AI companions are characters, not humans. Any resemblance to a real, identifiable person is unintended, and you agree not to use the service to recreate or impersonate real individuals.

Use Hushy AI for your own personal, lawful enjoyment. Don't try to break, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or resell the service, and don't upload anything you don't have the right to share.

We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes minors, depicts non-consent or real violence, or is otherwise illegal. Attempting to generate or solicit it results in an immediate, permanent ban and, where appropriate, a report to the authorities.

The platform itself — software, design, branding, and models — belongs to the Company and is protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it; nothing here transfers ownership to you.

Subject to your following these terms, you're free to use the images and videos you generate for your own personal, non-commercial purposes.

We work hard to keep Hushy AI running, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the service. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

You can delete your account whenever you like from your account page. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms or put the platform or other users at risk. Some sections — payment, ownership, and liability — survive after your account is gone.

We may revise these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change we'll update the date below and, where appropriate, give you a heads-up. Continuing to use Hushy AI after a change means you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Company's place of incorporation, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
